For your consideration is this large 18th c. Staffordshire figurine of a woman and child gathering sticks. There is a tree behind them with bocage. You don't see there large ones very often. This one is quite intricate. It is 10" tall and 5 3/4" wide. The base is 5" square. Very good overall condition. There is an old restoration to the woman's hand on the child's shoulder and one to a branch on the bocage. The piece was made circa 1790 - 1800. Most likely by the Walton factory.
