Elegant 1920's Art Deco CELLULOID Vanity Purse HANDBAG

Amazing condition for that wonderful woman evening handbag, also called reticule or minaudiere, made of black fabric (possibly wool - no care-tag to confirm material), ornate with French black jet tiny beads tassels. This lovely purse has a gorgeous faux ivory carved celluloid frame. Design is similar on both sides. Typical creation of the Art Deco period, French origin. In excellent condition. There is also a monogram letter on the front: "T" (monogram is made of black metal). Has its vintage 2 celluloid first links where the black silk handle is attached. Closing in perfect working condition. Inside is saffron silk, in mint condition, probably never used. A perfect example of the refinement and sophistication which really define the Art Deco period as an elegant era. A gorgeous add to any purse collection!!!
