Sterling Teething Ring WEB Stylized Belt Bail circa 1950s not engraved

This sweet little teething rattle was made by WEB Sterling circa 1950s. It consists of what appears to be a pearlized Lucite faux mother of pearl ring from which is suspended a sterling bell rattle attached by a stylized belt bail. Both the bail and the bell are marked WEB STERLING and together with the ring they weigh 0.5 ounces / 14 grams. The bell measures just over an inch wide and tall and about 3/8" wide at the bottom. The bail is ¾", and the ring measures 1¾" in diameter to the outer edge.

Similar rattles provide for a birth record to be inscribed; this bell is simple and plain and has not been monogrammed. It is in very good vintage condition with a nice patina and a few tiny use marks. Enjoy!
