Japanese Sterling Sampan Boats Salt Pepper Shakers, Solid Silver Figural Post WW2 Japan
Delightful pair of expertly crafted salt and pepper shakers in sterling silver, marked "Sterling Japan" on the bottoms of each. They are in excellent condition, weigh 29 grams combined and measure 2 1/4" in length. The doors on the bottom slide easily with no salt corrosion so they can be filled and emptied. Both are perfectly "ship shape" and would make a charming addition to any silver collection or a lovely gift. They have been lightly hand polished to reveal the impeccable condition of the silver and fine artistic detail.
