Vintage Hammered Aluminum Tulip Basket from Rodney Kent

This beautifully simple and elegant tulip motif and floral band aluminum basket measures 7.5" by 5.5" and 1.5" deep...with handle the basket stands 5" in height.

Rodney Kent was the brainchild of Stanley Gelford, an engineer at Krischer Gift Ware. Given the task of developing a new line of giftware, Gelford came with the name Rodney Kent by combining the 2 street names outside of his office window (Rodney and Kent). This is a numbered piece and in excellent condition with some minimal scratching to the bottom (see last pic at left).
