Vintage 1930's / 1940's Tan Wool Hat from Neumann Endler. Trimmed with a pinkish tan grosgrain ribbon and finished off with a feathered accent.
Adorable and perky with it's slightly rolled brim.
Very little information can be found on Neumann Endler (Danbury, CT.). They were founded in the early 1930's (with original industrial corporation documents found at the Western Connecticut State University's Corporation Archives) and ceased operations sometime in the 1960's.
Hat is marked Alaska Wool 80%, Fur Fiber 20% and Neumann Endler
Size 21 (21" or 53.3 cm inner circumference) Measures 10" in length back to front.
Excellent condition (image pic gives the appearance of a "white" mark on the bow but this is simply a reflection of light...there are no marks or flaws of any kind - please see other images).
The way a hat fits is different for every person, despite sizes, shapes of heads vary making hat sizing slightly difficult. That being said, please remember that all of my items are completely guaranteed...if you're not happy with the hat, for any reason, just let me know. I do ask that you contact me within one week of receiving the item.
Thanks so much for stopping by!
