1781 CT pay bill for military supplies/expenses

Connecticut State Quartermaster Department Certificate dated December 26, 1781. The quartermasters issued these certificates to pay for supplies and for damages caused by the Army. Ralph Pomeroy was a Quartermaster at this time but became Comptroller of the state of Connecticut around 1790. There are original signatures of Fenn Wodsworth and William Moseley as members of the Committee of Safety, which overlooked military affairs. There is a pre-printed signature of John Lawrence as State Treasurer. There is a small tear hole above William Moseley's signture. It has been folded in the middle and there are folds along the top. Still cool Would look great framed in a study, office, or man-cave. Measures 4x6 inches
