Vintage English QUEEN ANNE Bone China footed teacup (tea cup) and saucer set featuring a large yellow flower and a pale green (some call it gray) with scalloped edges trimmed in gold. (c. 1950) The pattern number is #8520 and is discontinued. Excellent condition with no chips, cracks, repairs or damage to note.
Made in England by Ridgway Potteries under the trade name Queen Anne.
The English bone china footed teacup (tea cup) measures 3" tall, 3.5" in diameter and has gold trim along the lip of the cup, the foot and along the teacup handle. Backstamped with the crown logo, BONE CHINA, "D 47 9", Queen Anne in dark pink ink, MADE IN ENGLAND and PATT No. 8520. The matching saucer measures 5-1/2" in diameter, stands 3/4" tall, has a scalloped edge trimmed in gold, and is backstamped with the crown logo, BONE CHINA, "B 37 0", QUEEN ANNE in dark pink ink and MADE IN ENGLAND.
