This is an oval Shell Cameo brooch of finest quality.It is depicting St.George the Warrior fighting the dragon. The carving is of finest quality and detail. The Cameo is of particular big size and in perfect condition.There is no damage of any kind. The Cameo is set in a beautiful solid gilded silver(acid tested) mounting which is adorned with twisted gilded silver thread. The Cameo is because of its quality and motif very rare.
