Oval shell Cameo brooch/ pendant depicting a beautiful female profile with fine carved detail. The Cameo is in perfect condition, there is no damage of any kind. It is framed by a row of beautiful facetted Garnets which have a deep wine red colour and are claw set. The mounting is made of gilded silver (hallmarked 900). The brooch/ pendant has a bale and a safety closure and can be worn either as a pendant or as a brooch. It is dated at the turn of the 20th century. Length: 2"(50mm) Width: 1.6"(40mm)
