Royal Bayreuth "Woman Feeding Chickens" Covered Box - Blue Mark
This nice little covered box measures 3 3/4 inches long by 2 1/4 inches at the widest point. It is decorated with a woman feeding two chickens. The base is brown to green with gold gilt highlights. There is also a gold gilt around the lid. Some is worn in spots. This piece carries the blue mark which dates it to the early 1900's. This is just a nice whatever box made by a quality company.
