Vintage Native American Turquoise Pendant

For your consideration is this charming vintage Native American turquoise pendant. This tear drop shaped pendant features a round piece of turquoise, set in silver and border by silver rope all inside of the tear drop. The back of this is engraved "Nicky////// 77", unsure if this is a maker's mark or personalization from the previous owner. This is an estate item, so we know little about it. There appear to be no other markings. This petite pendant measures 1" x 1/2" at its widest. There is no chain. This pendant is in great condition.
