Small Qianlong mark blue and white eggshell porcelain vase with dragon

Classic design of five-toed dragon in clouds pursuing the pearl of knowledge. Exquisitely and finely-painted delicately-thin eggshell porcelain with a waisted neck is in perfect shape and nicely worn. It has a Qianlong (18th century) reign mark on base, although the reign mark is probably apocryphal. Our estimate is that it's most likely Republic Period.

Measures 4" tall

This pretty little vase is well crafted and a fine example of blue and white porcelain-ware of the period.
