Magnificent Chinese Celedon Jade Hanging Vase With Display Stand

白玉吊鏈瓶饰，外側為葡萄藤紋鏤花吊框，底部為雙層木製鏤花基座

The baluster Celedon to White Jade Vase supported on short straight recessed foot and surmounted by a cylindrical neck and domed cover with ball finial.

Elaborately and exquisitely carved in an openwork of gnarled tendrils and vines, the domed cover flanked by a pair of stylized Dragon handles; the Vase bracketed within a pair of four Dragon head handles suspending Jade rings, with a linked Jade chain surmounted by a confronting Phoenix table and a Shou pendant; all on a tall elaborately carved and pierced wood stand.

All carved out of a single block of Jade. The chain is not attached after completion but is actually carved from the same block of Jade as the Vase, forming one continuous carved form.

An extraordinary Jade carving that deserves prominent placement in a collection or on display at home.
