Two Porcelain Bisque Kewpie Figurines
These two porcelain bisque kewpies are both adorable. They are in both in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. One stands approximately 3-1/2" tall and the other about 3-1/4" tall. One is sitting and pointing his finger as if to make a point. The other is leaning back on his arms with his legs in the air. Both have the little blue wings and tuft of blonde hair on top of their heads, behind their heads and above their ears. There are no maker's marks, but both in pencil on the bottom have the original price of $3.98. That certainly dates them.
