1980s Jay Herbert ~ Black Quilted Leather Bucket Purse

Made by Jay Herbert in a popular '80s quilted fashion, this genuine black leather bag will hold all of your personal necessities.

Large and spacious, this quality-made purse measures 10.5" long x 9 1/8" wide. It is approx. 4.75" deep, but is quite expandable and will hold just about everything from lipstick to books.

The shoulder strap measures a stunning 25" long with a goldtone link chain. The signature hardware is also made of polished goldtone metal.

This bucket-style bag has a drawstring opening and one interior zipper compartment. It has a signature lined fabric interior ~ all in black ~ and the maker's label is intact on a goldtone cartouche.

This purse is in excellent condition and has been well cared for by a 35+ year purse collector and friend. It has very little wear from previous use and storage, and is without rips, holes or stains. The leather is soft and supple and this purse's design is timeless.
