Blue and White Transferware Waste or Tea Bowl

I am happy to offer this lovely waste bowl in blue and white(flow blue?). It measures at 4.25" across and stands at 3" high. It has an ineligible pale green mark on the bottom-I can see that it is a lion or horse that is rearing, facing to the left, within a circle with writing around the circle, then that is surrounded with a border of two thin circles. There is more writing underneath. I think I can see the words "la faiencerie". I could not find it in my books. Condition is good with only an old chip on the bottom rim(shown in the photos). The inside has slight discoloration-if wished, one could give it a hydrogen peroxide bath to make it whiter. The transfer pattern is very nice and in a deep indigo blue.
