Charming Scottish Man in Kilt Wooden Carving

Adorable wooden figure of a Scottish man. Hand carved(written in pencil on the bottom) and hand painted, he stands 6.25" high including the base. He is attached to the wooden base with tiny nails. In great condition. Red, white and black plaid kilt and a large sporran-not sure what clan he is from but he has a great smile and a sideways glance.
