Primitive Antique "Measurer", New England

Great looking and unusual large wood measurer/grainer from New England, Original red paint with unique (black) applied handles. The item measures 16 1/2"W (handle to handle), it is 14 1/2" in diameter without the handles, and 7 3/4"T. Circa 1860 and purchased in New Hampshire. The inside of the base is signed "S.S.PAR? MANUFACTURER & SEALER ROYALSTON MS" Considering its age and purpose of use, it is in very good condition.
