"Widgen" Decoy by BARKALO, 1920, NJ
This very collectible Folk Art "Widgen" decoy was carved by sought after Lue Barkalo crafted work. Carved in 1920 this working decoy is signed "Widgen -Lue Barkalo - Forked River - 1920". Shows age and use but is a great looking decoy with excellent form and lines. It has a two piece body plus the head. Definitely a decoy collector's find. Measures 15" long by 7 1/2" tall.
