Oyster Plate

For sale is this delicate and very decorative oyster plate with the green maker mark on the bottom of a wreath and OLEG ROYAL AUSTRIA. The flower decorations depict roses with green and blue highlights and gold gilding on the edge. It is in excellent condition with no cracks or chips. I would date the plate to the early 1900's. Plate measures 8 1/2" in diameter.
