Sterling Luxembourg Jelly Spoon

Gorham Silver Company introduced the Luxembourg flatware pattern in sterling in 1893. The still popular design is shown in this large vintage jelly spoon that measures 7-1/4" long with a partially scroll-shaped oval bowl that has a diameter of 1-7/8". Marked with the lion, anchor and "G" Gorham logo along with the word, "Sterling" on the back of the stem, the jelly spoon is not monogrammed and has the lovely soft patina of old silver. In very good condition, it would be a lovely addition to your silver as the bowl can be used for serving other foods as well. Thank you for looking. Please email me if I can help you in any way.
