Sterling Jelly Cake Server, not Virginia Dare pattern

The small round raised mark on the back and front of this sterling silver jelly cake server is difficult to read, but the pattern looked to me as though it were a pattern called "Virginia Dare", a 1900 design by Frank Schofield. However, a very kind expert told me that although it's a look-alike, it is actually not that pattern, so I have reduced the price to reflect that I really don't know what the actual pattern is. The 9" long server also has the word "Sterling" on both the front and back of the 3-1/4" hollow handle. The attractive design is classic, so is compatible with other pieces, and of course, can be used to serve pie or other desserts as well as a jelly roll! The piece is not monogrammed, but has a couple of very tiny dents that you can barely see if tilted in the light. The handsome patina of old silver from earlier generations gives a soft glow to the finely appointed dining table. Thank you for looking. Please email me if I can help you in any way.
