With a finely painted face and side glancing eyes, this vintage flapper wears her coral turban with dangling earrings. There is a lightly stamped "Germany" on the back of this 4" tall doll head with four sew holes which would have been to attach to a doll's body, lamp, or pillow, which were very much a fad in the 20s and 30s. Eyelids, highlights in the pupils, light blue irises and nostrils are some of the details painted in a similar manner to the old German bisque faces. She is in such great condition, having never been used, and I have displayed her as she is inside a china closet. One earring (made of a fine gold cord) has been replaced. She certainly would be a delightful addition to your collection. Thank you for looking.
