Articulated penguin wood Bakelite bird brooch with fan - book piece $850

This scarce bird brooch from the 1940s is referred to as a penguin. He holds a fan in his moveable red Bakelite hand/arm. He wears a top hat, has a painted red bow tie and yellow vest with buttons and a glass eye. Intricate carving on the wood tops it all off. He measures 3.75 inches in length. The long back pin has a little kink in it, but nothing bad.
