To wish you a Merry Christmas

Wonderful postcard with Santa in his full red hooded robe getting ready to make a phone call. You see Santa in many a situation but not very often making a call. Embossed card has poinsettia, holly and Christmas baubles. The fact that it is snowing while Santa is at the phone is interesting. The old phone is snowcapped and Santa is looking over his shoulder with his sack full of toys. Maybe he is getting ready to call you. Card is postmarked Dec. 22, 1909.5 3/8 x 3.50 Printed in Germany. My scan shows the good condition of this card. Some of the high embossed areas on flowers show rubbing scuffs.
