This vintage skinny red necktie with black paisley motif is made from 70% Rayon & 30% Acetate, according to the tag on inside of the blade, which also has `CHALLIS' on the bottom. And by skinny I mean 1 ¾ inches wide.

The condition is good. It is not lined.
