This 41" tall lamp is from the mid 1900's, made in Italy by Azzolin brothers (see photo) and has the typical breathtaking beauty of Capodimonte. This lamp has three tiers: the bottom tier with heavy gold trim has 4 large roses, each about 3" in diameter, the second tier is 10" in diameter with 3 cherubs 4 1/2" tall alternating with 3 roses, and the third tier is on a globe base with 3 cherubs 4 1/2" tall alternating with 3 roses. The base of the lamp is 11" across the bottom, it has a 3-way switch with 2 1/2 roses at the bottom. I have two of these lamps; the only difference is that the cherubs are holding different items. The shade is 20" high including 4" fringe, is creme colored silk with a gold embroidered trim. This is ready to be the highlight of your special room.
