Vintage Hawaiian Carved Wood Double Sided Tray-19"
This is a beauty, the vintage Hawaiian tray is about 19" in diameter, with the carving of pineapples and blooms and branch on one side and a large branch with leaves on the other. This piece was made from two pieces of wood, so there is a seam, a little off center. This is an older vintage piece and shows some wear. The inlay look was achieved by the use of different stains. There is a indention on the edge, where a knot in the wood was.
This is the way it was when it was made.
I bought this at auction, probably 10-15 years ago.
