I can think of a myriad of uses for this tiny brick red postal tin, can't you? So sweet and the lid pops off easily to reveal a depository for any number of treasures. The bottom shows the remnants of a label of times gone by. Lithographed on the tin is the cost of posting letters. Also included in this grouping is a miniature wooden pencil box that has a decorated lid that slides open. It shows a bit of wear, and is probably of vintage age. Please view the photos for the scale and size. Lastly, the piece de resistance . . . a petite postcard printed in French! The carte postale is in wonderful condition and the perfect scale for so many dolls, or even that very special bear! Each one of these special pieces is a perfect accompaniment to a desktop vignette. Unusual and hard to come by, we offer this small grouping for your collection pleasure.
