French Fashion Doll/Bebe/Antique Doll PURSE circa 1890 from FRANCE!

Layaway always available. This item was found in FRANCE, but will be mailed from the USA to save you loads on shipping. This lovely little embossed metal (24k gold over brass) purse is a lovely little piece to add to your doll's trousseau. It is in great antique toy condition. It has a couple little indents (NOT dents) that can be easily pushed back into the shape. The interior is lined with the original red silk over red cotton lining. The chain handle is original as well. What I love the most, is the beautiful tiny leaves and flowers embossed pattern on the metal. The purse measures 2" long and is 1 1/2" tall. It is 3/8" inch thick and snaps shut. My lovely Rachel stands 16 1/2" tall is only modeling for scale reference. She is not included in the auction and her lovely ensemble is made by textile artist Rhonda King.
