Layaway always available. This item was found in FRANCE, but will be mailed from the USA to save you a bunch on postage. This is too sweet! The locket is a genuine antique, sterling or silverplate, and is marked DEPOSE. The embossed cover says "Memories" in French. The back is embossed as well and there is a tiny clasp to hold the locket closed. INSIDE, a French lady or child has added tiny paper pages and has glued in the faces of three of her dolls! There are plenty of blank pages for you to add your girls' photos to this darling locket! The chain appears to be silver and stamped, but I can't make the mark out, so I really don't know. The locket is definitely Victorian and circa 1880. The locket measures a tiny 1" long and 3/4" wide. The chain measures 18 1/2" inches long. Such a darling little accessory for your doll or YOU to wear! The coins are an American quarter and a British twopence for scale reference.
