The Porcelier Manufacturing Company started in East Liverpool, Ohio and applied for incorporation on September 3, 1926. Porcelier made this lovely light fixture wall sconce and it still bears the Underwriter's Inspection label with Porcelier's name.
There are pink and green flowers at the top of this fixture and they're set off with fancy gold highlights. The outer edge is a pretty blue. It is 4" wide and about 5-1/2" high. Light crazing can be detected, but you really have to look in good light.
There is a single outlet at the base of the sconce. The pull chain still works but the fixture would need to be rewired.
