Vintage Men's Harris Tweed Jacket Navy Blue Herringbone - Med
It is by every standard a true classic; versatile and suitable for country pursuits, business or casual wear.
This beautiful jacket has a single vent back, two button front, with a boutonniere buttonhole on the left lapel. It has a set-in chest pocket, and two lower tabbed pockets. The tabs can be tucked into pockets if that is the preferred look. Woven leather buttons.
Small period shoulder pads are just right for keeping the shape. There is a single rear vent and the color is felt lined. The sleeve ends have three buttons each.
The inside lining is dove gray satin and there are two interior pockets. Interior labels read, "HAND WOVEN Harris Tweed – HANDWOVEN IN THE OUTER HEBRIDES OF SCOTLAND, 100% WOOL – THE HARRIS TWEED ASSOCIATION LIMITED – REGISTERED TRADE MARK No. 319214 – LIGHT WEIGHT. There is no size label. Equivalent to a Men's Medium in N. American sizing.
Measurements: Chest - 42", Length - 30" Back shoulders 18" Sleeves, from the shoulder seam - 25".
The jacket is in excellent clean condition with no damage or wear.
