Immaculate Antique Leather Writing Case with Leather Lining
There is one section that can be used as a writing surface and also hols the blotting paper and then there are the storage sections for stamps, envelopes and paper. the largest of these actually expands to give a storage space of about 4cm deep and two leather holders for pens.
It has the original plated clasp which has been lovingly engraved with the name "Emmie" so this must have been a present for someone and they have really looked after it.
A very useful item to use for keeping all those personal letters and ready to use as a writing case, it is a super little piece and such a lovely colour both inside and out.
The measurements are approx 23.5cm wide 16cm high and 45cm when open.
