Edouard ERNIE: Pair Renaissance Antique Vermeil Sterling Silver Open Salt Cellars with Spoons

Exquisite pair of antique salt cellars with original spoons by master silversmith Edouard Ernie. The hand blown crystal liners also original to the set. The repousse outer cases exquisitely decorated in Renaissance style with cherubs lattices bowls of fruit and floral as well as foliate motifs. The Spoons have finely chased shell bowls and pierced engraved handles. The marks on the cases include the MDimensions: The salts cellars are 2" long, 1.5" wide and 1.25" high. The spoons are 2 5/8" long, and 5/8" wide.
