Akro Agate Blue and White Vintage Depression Glass Shell Dish
Beautiful blue and white marbled slag glass in a very pretty shape. Use as a trinket tray, ring dish or more. Nice translucency with great blue swirls. It is 4 inches by 3 & ¾”. In excellent condition.
Marked on back Made 246 and Akro Agate mark.

This was made by the Akro Agate Company of Clarksburg, WV. Akro made various pieces of glass items and children's dish sets, from the early 1930's through 1951. When Japan started exporting children's plastic dish sets after the war, they stayed in business making marbles for a few more years.
