Superb set of four costume pieces for your theatre cast, Shakespeare theater group, renaissance festival, carnival or Mardi Gras, fancy dress Beaux Arts ball or Halloween! The construction is first class, top drawer, fabrics are fabulous and the details divine! The star of the show is the purple velvet Elizabethan Italianate Venetian style doublet or bodice, which has ornate gathered puffed and stuffed sleeves of creamy gold ivory satin, gold braid seed pearls, sequin embroidery embellishment and elaborate construction. Capelet tops on the shoulders with tabs, a peplum of pleats or tabs, collar with a back cut out opening. Zipper below that keeps all in place. There is side dart stitching at bust Bodice Measurements:: 17" across at underarm seam to seam, backlength 20", 16" from zipper to waist under cutout, peplum loops 4 1/2" drop from waist. 26" sleeve length. Waist 27". There are two pairs of breeches or pants, embroidered on sides with flame pattern in sequins and beads. The purple velvet matches the top or bodice, and has the same tiny hand stitched seed beads which sparkle in the light like tiny stars. Measurements: 36" waist, inseam leg 24" elastic cuffs to stuff into high boots, 2 front pleats, zipper and fold over velcro tab. Second pair has also got a drawstring waist and 36" to 37" waist. A super fino top hat with gold braid, seed pearls to match and ribbon streamers finishes the ensemble. 20" circumference at inner band. All you need is a mask and a baton to lead the play, parade or the party!
