Fabulous VICTORIAN Antique Figural HORSE HEAD Lavender Stone Sash Pin Brooch
This fabulous Victorian era antique sash pin brooch is done in a deep silver colored metal. The design is amazing with a detailed horse head bursting through the beautifully hammered background. The sash pin is also bezel set with a faceted lavender colored stone. The brooch is huge and measures about 2 3/4" by 2 1/8". It fastens with a C type of clasp with no safety. Very good antique condition with normal darkening to the metalwork on the back as shown. It is becoming rare to find the antique figural sash pins - especially one as exquisite as this! This would also make an impressive gift for someone you love - or yourself. You will treasure this!!!
