The Lone Ranger Traps the Smugglers

"Hi-Yo Silver - Away!" And here comes "The Lone Ranger Traps the Smugglers" by Fran Striker. It was published by Grosset and Dunlap. Copyright date is 1941. The book has 214 pages and they are bright and white. The original dust jacket has minimal wear as you can see in the photos. The inside front flap of the dj a short blurb about the Lone Ranger books in general; plus, a list of the Lone Ranger books starting with "The Lone Ranger" and ending with "The Lone Ranger Rides North". The inside back flap has a synopsis of the Tom Quest book - "Sign of the Spiral." There are no ads inside the book - just one sentence at the very end telling the reader to watch for the next book - "The Lone Ranger Rides Again".

The front cover is illustrated and inside both front and back covers is illustrated as well. There is one black and white illustration at the front of the book - photo 5. The cover is in very good condition, corners are very lightly bumped and there's only a bit of wear at the edges near the corners. The binding looks good. We found no writing, no tears and no creases in the book. The book measures 5-1/8" x 7-1/2" and looks practically new. The Lone Ranger is truly an American icon and Striker's books are enjoyed by children from ages three to one hundred and three. FREE SHIPPING in the US!!!
