ca 1900 Micro Beaded Handbag *20 Beads/Inch

Measuring 11 1/8" in length from the top of the 1" x 1 5/16" clasp to the bottom of the 2 1/2" fringe; beaded purse without the frame is 6" at it's widest; 6 3/8" across the outside of the frame hinges; 4" across the top of the frame.

Condition: Nearly excellent but for uneven patina to the frame. One of the hinges is bent in, but the bag closes well. Very minor bead loss if any, but for under the hinges, the worst side being 3/4" x 1/8" in aqua bead loss. Lining is in excellent condition; it may be a replacement but it is quite old silk. No missing fringe, but the bottom clover amber beads are slightly more orange, different from the amber color beads in the flowers. These may also be a replacement.
