Little Annie Rooney character doll by Jack Collins she is 4" tall
This Little Annie Rooney character doll is 4" tall. She is incised "Germany, Little Annie Rooney, Reg U.S. PAT. OFF. , COPR. BY JACK COLLINS". She is jointed at the shoulders and is all bisque. She wears a molded two tone green dress with a black button up bodice with three gold buttons. The collar matches the skirt. Ruffles at the bottom of her panties show under the skirt. She has long black stockings with tan one strap shoes.
She has a real character face with a watermelon smile and big, round googly eyes. Her hair is red mohair. There is no damage on this all bisque character.
