Antique French 18KT Gold Bracelet

This beautifully worked bracelet was made early in the first quarter of the 19th Century. It is extremely fine workmanshipped. There are 7 Rectangular plaques of 18KT (stamped) yellow gold. Each plaque contains a beautiful hand hammered rose design and 2 rows of strung sand pearls. Seperating these exceptional plaques are tiny stations set with Calibre Cut sapphires surrounded by a millgrain frame. This bracelet is unique and very beautiful. We believe it to be French due to the "DEPOSE" marking on the closure. The bracelet is in remarkably good condition considering its age, in fact, I see no damage on the piece. It is finished by a tongue in groove closure and a small safety clasp. It measures a substantial 7 1/2 inches.
