Gorgeous and heavy! We are offering this beautiful bohemian porcelain platter which measures 16 /12" x 12 1/2" with a depth of 2 1/4". This piece is signed with the crown and bidenschield (beehive) in blue under-glaze. This piece dates to the late 1890's - early 1900's.
There are no chips, cracks or fractures on this piece - except for a chip on the underside non-glazed area - please see picture for area.
1863 The Ernst Wahliss business was founded in Trnovany, Czech Republic (Turn-Teplitz, Bohemia, Austria). The business had retail stores in London, England and Vienna, Austria where it sold Bohemian porcelain.
