We are offering this Vintage Marx Warriors of the World Series III Figurine which depicts Jules Clemenceau. Per the included Collector's card, "Jules Clemenceau was an artist before becoming a soldier of the French Army. He hated the Germans for their atrocious deeds and vowed to defend his country and his countrymen against the Germans. In the Battle of Soissons in January, 1915, Clemenceau had a chance to lay his hands on his enemies. All by himself, he crept toward the trench of the Germans and using a knife he killed five German soldiers after stunning them with a grenade." This piece is hand-painted and in terrific shape. The "string" on his gun is broken due to being the same width as the box - but this can be easily repaired. The box, his card and Jules are a treasure to Collector's!
