Wow! We are offering this highly collectible Vintage Louis Marx & Co. (H.K.) Ltd - Warriors of the World Series III figurines. This one is Charles Brown. The collectors card reads, "Charles Brown was one of the 335,000 British soldiers at Dunkerk in June 1940. The sight of his fellow soldiers being cornered at Dunkerk gave Brown cause to cherish an intense hatred for the Germans. When he later returned to Europe in 1943 to fight the Germans, he had always fought fiercely, as if he wanted to avenge his friends who had been killed by the Jerries at Dunkerk a few years ago. He was credited with having killed more than 100 Germans in Operation Normandy." Marx pieces are all hand painted. The strap of the gun is broken, but could easily be repaired. The paint on this piece is fantastic and the collectors card and box are in great condition!
