Thread - Purple - Unused

We recently purchased a wedding trunk from an estate in Prince Edward Island Canada. The entire contents of the trunk are listed on the site. Everything in the trunk is dated between 1864 and 1896. Most of the crotchet string and embroidery threads are from Paris. We have not attempted cleaning of any of the items that were in the trunk. We haven't really unwrapped any of the items that were "wrapped" in brown paper after original purchase from the store.

We are offering this spool of sewing/crotchet string thread which is titled, "Floche a la tete de cheval T&C No. 22". This is a beautiful colored thread - orchid or very light purple.
