This is a beautiful example of a Hand Painted Nippon Sugar Bowl in Copper Luster Ware! This piece measures 4 1/2" tall, 6" wide and has a diameter of 11 1/2". This piece is back stamped with the green #47 M in wreath stamp per Joan Van Pattens Collectors Encyclopedia of Nippon Porcelain, 6th series. This piece dates between 1911 and 1921. This is a three piece set. There are no cracks, chips or fractures on any of the pieces. The decoration is vibrant and we hope we've captured a good picture of the hut in black against the copper. This is a unique piece and any Nippon Collector will treasure it!
