19th Century Primitive Iron Boot Scraper

This is a great clean example of an early blacksmith made 1800's iron boot scraper. These boot scrapers were typically found outside of taverns, wealthy home, etc. This style was meant to be hammered into the face of a step and secured at the bottom with a nail. Would look great nailed into any entrance step in your old home. Condition is very nice with surface pitting consistent with an item of this age. 9" L x 4" H
