Gay Fad Fruits Fire King Mixing Bowl Set of Three

I am happy to offer a very nice three piece set of mixing bowls by Fire King. This set is hand painted by Gay Fad Studios in the 1950's on Fire King Colonial Style rim bowls. The set consists of an 8 1/2 inch bowl, a 7 1/2 inch bowl and a 6 inch bowl. Measurements are top diameter. Gay Fad Studios used Fire King for much of their art work and many different designs exist. The Fruit pattern was one of their most popular and is very collectable today. This set of bowls is in great condition and has no chips or utensil wear. The hand painted motifs are in very nice condition. The 7 inch bowl has a very small chip to the paint in the brown stem on the rim area and the large bowl has a light scratch on one of the pears. The large bowl also has a scratch inside which looks to be from handling. Other than that these bowls appear to have no use and remain bright and shiny. I think you will be pleased with this set and it would make a fine addition to your Gay Fad collection or for everyday use!
